【摘要】 “团体格局”和“差序格局”两种社会结构类型具有不同的性质和功能，分别满足着人类日常生活中不同类型的基本需要。两者并非二元对立，而是一种二元并立的关系，是任何时候任何地方人类社会生活中两个不可或缺、同时并存的基本层次。“团体格局”和“差序格局”之间存在着一定的相互影响和相互制约：一方面，团体为个体通过自发努力形成之人际关系网——“主观关系网”的形成提供了特定的机缘，当然也设置了一定的限制。另一方面，团体的维持和运作也总是建立在团体成员个人的关系网基础之上，不可避免地受到特定“客观关系网”和“主观关系网”的影响；“主观关系网”对于团体的维持和运行发挥积极的维护促进作用还是消极的阻碍作用，主要看二者结构是否相同或相似。在一定条件下，“团体格局”和“差序格局”两者之间也会相互转化。深入探讨两者的相互关系对于我们更好地理解人类社会的关系结构及其运作机制具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The two types of social structure, group mode and differential mode, differ not only in properties and functions, but also in how they meet some of the most basic types of needs of daily life. On the one hand, the group provides specific opportunities and sets certain limits for the formation of interpersonal networks based on individual spontaneous efforts; On the other, the maintenance and functioning of the group is inevitably based on and influenced by the maintenance and functioning of a particular subjective network.
