多段压裂水平井CO2吞吐注采参数影响规律研究

【摘要】 多段压裂水平井中CO2吞吐开发效果受多种因素影响,客观因素包括裂缝形态、CO2分子扩散作用和应力敏感,主观因素主要为注采参数。建立了全面考虑诸多客观影响因素的数值计算模型,所得规律能够更好地指导矿场实践。通过研究发现,注采参数对CO2吞吐主要影响因素为注气总量、返排速度、井底流压下限和吞吐轮次,次要影响因素为注气速度和焖井时间。增大注气总量,降低返排速度,延长返排时间和降低井底流压下限,能够有效地提高多段压裂水平井中CO2吞吐开发效果。

【Abstract】 The development effect of CO2 huff and puff in multi-stage fracturing horizontal wells is affected by many factors,including objective factors including fracture morphology,CO2 molecular diffusion and stress sensitivity,and subjective factors are mainly injection-production parameters.In this paper,a numerical calculation model considering many objective influencing factors is established,and the obtained laws can better guide the practice of mining farms.It is found that the main influencing factors of injection-production parameters on CO2 huff and puff are the total gas injection amount,flowback velocity,lower limit of downhole flow pressure and huff and puff rounds,while the secondary influencing factors are gas injection rate and simmering time.Increasing the total amount of gas injection,reducing the flowback speed,prolonging the flowback time and lowering the lower limit of bottom hole flow pressure can effectively improve the development effect of CO2 huff and pit in multi-stage fracturing horizontal wells.
