【Abstract】 In the critical period of comprehensively promoting the "Double Carbon" strategy and deepening the green finance reform, promoting the inclusion of carbon emission rights pledge-based financing into the bank credit system has become an important hub connecting the construction of the carbon market and the transformation of the real economy. When carbon assets are upgraded from performance instruments to fully liquid asset carriers, from environmental costs borne by enterprises to scarce resources that are measurable, tradable and pledged, it also brings opportunities for the banking industry to open up a green financial innovation model.However, for the banking industry, incorporating this emerging right into traditional credit frameworks still faces multiple challenges. The legal characterization of carbon emission rights as special movable property is still controversial. The market risks brought by carbon price fluctuations need to be managed urgently and the value evaluation and default disposal mechanisms still need to be improved. The research is based on building a standardized, large-scale and sustainable carbon finance ecosystem and systematically explores the business model, risk management and system guarantee of carbon emission pledge financing. It aims to provide theoretical support for banks to innovate green financial services and support enterprises’ low carbon transformation and practical path to help the effective performance of the financial function of the carbon market and the steady realization of the "Double Carbon" goals.更多还原
