【摘要】 基于人力资本及资源配置视角，采用2012年—2022年华证ESG评级指数与企业微观数据进行匹配，考察上证A股制造业上市公司ESG履责对绿色技术创新的影响效应与作用机制。实证结果揭示：1)ESG履责能力强可以明显提升企业绿色技术创新水平；ESG的各维度E、S和G的责任履行都会促进企业绿色技术创新，且E和S方面的履责比G对于绿色技术创新的促进效果更显著。2）机制分析表明，ESG履责通过提高绿色人力资本、抑制资源错配驱动企业进行绿色技术创新。3）异质性研究发现ESG履责驱动绿色技术创新的功效会因地区数字经济发展水平及企业要素密集程度的不同而存在显著差异。研究丰富ESG履责对绿色技术创新的作用机理，同时，为我国制造企业利用ESG履责提升绿色创新水平，实现绿色高质量发展提供经验证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of human capital and resource allocation, The 2012-2022 China Securities ESG Rating Index was used to match corporate micro data for examining the impact effect and mechanism of ESG performance of listed companies in the Shanghai Stock Exchange A-share manufacturing industry on green technology innovation. The empirical results reveal that: 1) ESG’s strong ability to perform its responsibilities can significantly improve the level of green technology innovation of enterprises; the performance of responsibilities in each dimension of ESG, E, S and G will promote green technology innovation of enterprises,and the performance of responsibilities in E and S is more effective than that in G. The promotion effect of green technology innovation is more significant. 2) Mechanism analysis shows that ESG fulfills its responsibilities by improving green human capital and curbing resource mismatch drives enterprises to carry out green technology innovation. 3) Heterogeneous research found that the effectiveness of ESG’s performance in driving green technology innovation will vary significantly depending on the development level of regional digital economy and the intensity of enterprise factors. The study enriches the mechanism of ESG performance on green technology innovation, and at the same time provides empirical evidence for my country’s manufacturing companies to use ESG performance to improve the level of green innovation and achieve green and high-quality development.更多还原
