【摘要】 目的:观察加味护胎饮联合地屈孕酮片治疗脾肾亏虚型早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:选脾肾亏虚型先兆流产患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予地屈孕酮片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予加味护胎饮。治疗2周后评估两组患者性激素水平、焦虑抑郁状态及临床疗效。结论:治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后,治疗组阴道止血时间、腹痛消失时间较对照组明显缩短(P＜0.05);β-HCG、P、E2水平较对照组明显升高(P＜0.05)。结论:加味护胎饮联合地屈孕酮片治疗脾肾亏虚型早期先兆流产患者临床疗效明显,可提高性激素水平,改善焦虑抑郁状态,缩短恢复时间,提升保胎成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Hutai decoction and dydrogesterone tablets on early threatened abortion with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Methods:60 cases of patients with threatened abortion with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Hutai decoction on the basis of control group.The levels of sex hormones,state of anxiety and depression and clinical efficacy were evaluated in two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,while that of control group was 73.33%,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).In the treatment group after treatment,vaginal hemostasis time and disappearance time of abdominal pain were significantly shortened compared with control group(P＜0.05);the levels ofβ-HCG,P and E2 were significantly increased compared with control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Hutai decoction and dydrogesterone tablets on early threatened abortion with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney is significant,which can enhance the level of sex hormones,improve the state of anxiety and depression,shorten recovery time and increase the success rate of fetus protection.更多还原
