【摘要】 目的：观察通络理肺饮治疗类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺病的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的70例患者随机分为两组各35例。对照组予常规疗法，治疗组在对照组基础上联合通络理肺饮治疗，治疗周期3个月。观察比较两组治疗前后类风湿因子（RF）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、用力肺活量（FVC）、一氧化碳弥散量（LDCO）水平及DAS28活动积分。结果：治疗组临床总有效率94.29%，高于对照组74.29%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者FVC、DLCO水平较治疗前升高，RF、CRP、ESR水平及疾病活动性DAS28评分较治疗前降低（P<0.05）；且FVC、DLCO水平高于对照组，RF、CRP、ESR、DAS28评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通络理肺饮治疗类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺病，可有效提高临床疗效，缓解患者临床症状，促进患者肺功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Lifei yin on rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease.Methods:70 cases of eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine therapy,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tongluo Lifei yin on the basis of control group.The cycle of treatment was 3 months.The following indexes were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment such as rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),forced vital capacity(FVC),diffusing capacity of the lung for carbon monoxide(DLCO)and Disease Activity Score in 28 joints(DAS28).Results:The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 74.29% of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In both groups after treatment,the levels of FVC and DLCO were increased compared with pre-treatment,while the levels of RF,CRP,ESR and DAS28 score were decreased compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05);and the levels of FVC and DLCO of treatment group were higher than those of control group,while the levels of RF,CRP,ESR and DAS28 score of treatment group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tongluo Lifei yin for treating rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of pulmonary function.更多还原
