【摘要】 目的：观察基于子午流注理论择时电揿针治疗功能性室性早搏患者的临床效果。方法：将符合纳入标准的75例患者随机分为三组各25例。对照Ⅰ组给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片；对照Ⅱ组在对照Ⅰ组基础上予普通电揿针疗法；治疗组在对照Ⅱ组基础上选择固定时间予电揿针疗法；1周治疗3次，疗程均为4周。比较3组患者治疗前后Lown氏分级、24 h动态心电图室性早搏次数、生活质量评分。结果：治疗后，治疗组24 h动态心电图室性早搏次数、Lown氏分级、GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分与对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：基于子午流注理论择时电揿针治疗功能性室性早搏，能有效减少室性早搏次数，明显改善患者临床症状和情绪状态，提高患者生活质量，不良反应较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electric press-needle timed based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow on functional ventricular premature beats.Methods:75 cases of eligible patients were randomly divided into three groups,25 cases in each group.The control group I was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,the control group II was treated plus with ordinary electric press-needle on the basis of control group I,while the treatment group was treated plus with electric press-needle timed based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow on the basis of control group II.Three times a week,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Lown’s grading,number of ventricular premature beats in 24h dynamic electrocardiogram and score of quality of life were compared among three groups before and after treatment.Results:Number of ventricular premature beats in 24h dynamic electrocardiogram,Lown’s grading,GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score of treatment group were compared with those of control group I and control group II after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:Electric press-needle timed based on the theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow for treating functional ventricular premature beats can effectively reduce the number of ventricular premature beats,obviously improve the clinical symptoms and emotional state of patients,and enhance their quality of life,and with fewer adverse reactions.更多还原
