【摘要】 目的：观察阳复脉通饮对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选符合纳入标准的90例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组各45例。对照组予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用阳复脉通饮，疗程均为12周。观察两组治疗前后的左室射血分数（LVEF）、N-末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平、6分钟步行试验（6MWT）及中医证候评分。结果：治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的75.56%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；治疗后，两组患者NT-proBNP水平、LVEF、6MWT距离、中医证候积分均较治疗前有明显改善，且治疗组优于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论：阳复脉通饮联合常规西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效较好，可缓解症状，改善心功能指标水平，提升运动耐量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangfu Maitong decoction on chronic heart failure with syndrome of water diffusion due to deficiency of yang.Methods:90 cases of eligible patients with chronic heart failure with syndrome of water diffusion due to deficiency of yang were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yangfu Maitong decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),6-minute walking test(6MWT)and TCM syndrome score were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 75.56% of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).NT-pro BNP level,LVEF,6MWT distance and TCM syndrome score of patients were significantly improved in both groups after treatment compared with pre-treatment,and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Yangfu Maitong decoction and routine western medicine on chronic heart failure is better,which can relieve symptoms,improve the level of indexes of cardiac function and enhance the tolerance of exercise.更多还原
