【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展，档案数字资源建设逐渐成为信息时代档案管理的重要形态。该建设过程历经起步、发展和成熟三个阶段，普及程度显著提高，技术应用日益成熟，服务模式也不断创新。然而，当前档案数字资源建设仍面临诸多挑战，包括技术标准缺失、安全保障亟待加强以及人员素质需提升等。针对这些挑战，未来发展路向上应着重持续推动技术创新与应用深化，加强标准化与互操作性的推进，进一步强化安全保障措施，着力提升用户服务体验，并积极构建云计算平台，以全面推动档案数字资源建设迈向更高水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, the construction of archival digital resources has gradually become an important form of archives management in the information era. This construction process has undergone three stages: initiation,development, and maturity, during which the level of popularization has significantly increased, technological applications have become increasingly sophisticated, and service models have continuously innovated. However, the current construction of archival digital resources still faces many challenges, including the lack of technical standards, urgent need to strengthen security guarantee,and the need to enhance personnel quality. In response to these challenges, future development should focus on continuously promoting technological innovation and application deepening, strengthening the advancement of standardization and interoperability, further enhancing security guarantee measures, striving to improve user service experience, and actively building a cloud computing platform to comprehensively push the construction of archival digital resources towards a higher level of development.更多还原
