【摘要】 文章以11所农科联盟高校新一轮“双一流”建设方案为基础，分析了新一轮“双一流”建设对高校档案工作的具体需求，阐述了高校档案赋能“双一流”建设的内在逻辑：同构而生、同向而行、相互印证；提出了高校档案赋能“双一流”建设的三种形式：数据服务、知识服务、场域服务。为更好地实现赋能目标，提出高校档案工作应重塑与需求相契合的职业定位与职业意识，建构与需求相匹配的档案资源体系和资源建设能力，搭建与需求相适应的赋能场景和赋能形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the new round of "double first-class" construction plan of 11 agricultural alliance universities, the paper analyzes the specific demands of the new round of "double first-class" construction for university archival work and expounds the inherent logic of "double first-class" construction empowered by university archives: structural co-origination, directional convergence, and mutual corroboration. The it proposes the three forms of university archives empowering the "double first-class" construction: data service, knowledge service, and field service. To better realize the empowering goal, it proposes that the university archival work should reshape the professional orientation and professional consciousness in line with the demands, construct the archival resource system and resource construction ability matching with the demands, and build the empowering scene and empowering form corresponding to the demands.更多还原
