【摘要】 高等职业教育是国际教育枢纽建设的重要支撑力量。然而，目前关于国际教育枢纽的研究主要聚焦研究型大学的创新引领作用，缺乏对高等职业教育功能和路径的观照。新加坡通过政策驱动、生态建构和数字赋能，激发高等职业教育尤其是理工学院在打造学生枢纽、人才枢纽和知识/创新枢纽中的潜能。通过坚守技能人才培养本色、突出学生综合素养培养、深化政产学研合作机制和融入全民终身学习体系，新加坡五所理工学院积极参与国际教育枢纽建设，并充分利用国内外资源实现自身发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational education is an important supporting force in the construction of an international education hub.However, current research on international education hubs mainly focuses on the innovative leadership of research universities, with little attention paid to the functions and pathways of higher vocational education. Singapore has stimulated the potential of higher vocational education, especially polytechnics, in creating the student hub, talent hub, and knowledge/innovation hub through policydriven initiatives, ecosystem building, and digital empowerment. By adhering to the original mission of cultivating skilled talents,emphasizing the cultivation of students’ comprehensive competencies, deepening the cooperation mechanism of government,industry, academia, and research, and integrating into the comprehensive lifelong learning system, the five polytechnics in Singapore actively participate in the construction of an international education hub and make full use of domestic and foreign resources to achieve their own development.更多还原
