【摘要】 市域产教联合体是新时期我国职业教育产教融合发展战略的重要载体，其韧性发展主要体现在产教融合发展的风险抵抗力、发展创新力、弹性恢复力、升级驱动力等方面，而这是强调环境稳定的良性发展所不具备的能力。文章从市域产教联合体韧性发展的缘起、概念与影响因素入手，分析市域产教联合体韧性发展存在的实体运行受限、产业链接不畅、产教范式固化、赋能市场低效等典型问题。进而从“结构-行为-治理-绩效”（SCGP）框架视角下市域产教联合体韧性发展的着力点切入，采用多案例分析方法，对英国伦敦国王十字区、温州瑞安市、苏州太仓市、英国曼切斯特市索尔福德码头等典型市域产教联合体的建设进行剖析，探寻其中隐性且复杂的发展逻辑，总结在市域产教联合体的组织结构、行为、治理与绩效等方面可资借鉴的做法，并溯源分析市域产教联合体韧性发展的逻辑，以为我国市域产教联合体的韧性发展提供启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The municipal industry-education consortium is an important carrier of China’s vocational education industry education integration development strategy in the new era. Starting from the origin,concept and influencing factors of the resilience development of municipal industry-education consortium, analyze the typical problems existing in the resilience development of municipal industry-education consortium. Based on the perspective of the SCGP framework, this study focuses on the resilience development of municipal industry-education consortium. Using a multi case analysis method, it analyzes the construction of typical municipal industry-education consortium such as King’s Cross in London, UK, explores the development logic, summarizes the practices that can be learned from the organizational structure, behavior, governance, and performance of municipal industryeducation consortium, and analyzes the resilience development logic of municipal industry-education consortium from the source,providing reference for the resilience development of municipal industry-education consortium in China.更多还原
