FPGA在医疗图像处理领域的应用及挑战
Applications and Challenges of FPGA in Medical Image Processing
【摘要】 FPGA在医疗图像处理领域具有高度并行性、实时性、灵活性以及数据安全等优势,使基于FPGA的医疗图像处理加速器技术的研究热度一直得以保持。文章旨在介绍FPGA在医疗图像处理领域的应用及挑战。综述了FPGA在医疗图像边缘检测与分析、重建与压缩感知、分类与分割、增强与滤波、变换与配准5个方面的研究状况,并分析了FPGA在5个方面的应用情况和前景,继而提出FPGA在医疗图像处理领域面临的一些挑战和发展趋势。
【Abstract】 FPGA has the advantages of high parallelism, real-time, flexibility, and data security in the medical image processing field, which keeps the research fever of FPGA-based medical image processing gas pedal technology high. The purpose of this review is to introduce the applications and challenges of FPGAs in medical image processing. Firstly, the study introduces the research status of FPGA in five aspects of medical image edge detection and analysis, reconstruction and compression perception, classification and segmentation, enhancement and filtering, transformation and alignment. Secondly, it analyzes the application and prospect of FPGA in the five aspects. Finally, some challenges and development trends of FPGA in medical image processing are proposed.
