丝胶蛋白与丙烯腈共聚纺丝液的制备及性能
Preparation of spinning solutions of acrylonitrile copolymerized with sericin protein and their properties
【摘要】 以50wt%硫氰酸钠水溶液为溶剂,制备了不同丝胶蛋白/丙烯腈比例的丝胶蛋白/丙烯腈共聚纺丝原液。测定了聚合产物的特征峰、转化率、黏均分子量以及纺丝原液的稳态剪切流变性能。结果表明:共聚物同时具有丝胶蛋白的酰胺特征峰和聚丙烯腈的氰基特征峰;引发剂质量分数增加,共聚物转化率升高,最高为78.5%,黏均分子量则随之减小;丝胶蛋白/丙烯腈共聚纺丝原液的表观黏度会随剪切速率的增加而减小,属于切力变稀型的非牛顿流体;温度升高,纺丝液表观黏度减小,剪敏性降低。
【Abstract】 Using 50wt% NaSCN aqueous solution as solvent, sericin protein/acrylonitrile copolymerization spinning solutions with different sericin protein/acrylonitrile ratio is prepared. The characteristic peaks, conversion rate, viscosity-average molecular weight of polymerization products, and steady-state shear rheological properties of spinning solution are measured. The result shows that the copolymer exhibits both the amide characteristic peak of sericin protein and the cyanide characteristic peak of polyacrylonitrile. As the amount of initiator increases, the conversion rate of the copolymer increases, reaching a maximum of 78.5%, and the viscosity-average molecular weight decreases accordingly. The apparent viscosity of sericin protein/acrylonitrile copolymerization spinning solutions decreases with increasing of the shear rate, belonging to the shear thinning type of non-Newtonian fluid. As the temperature increases, the apparent viscosity of the spinning solution decreases and the shear sensitivity decreases.
