【摘要】 教育数字化转型对校长领导力提出了新的挑战。联通主义作为数字时代的学习理论，对于数字化转型背景下的领导力同样具有参考价值。文章从联通主义学习理论出发，基于学习过程的连通性、自主度、多元化、开放性特征，通过文献调研法和访谈资料分析法构建了中小学校长数字化转型领导力指标体系。该指标体系涵盖校长的非职权影响与职权影响两方面，包括校长个人特质、创设治理联通性、给予教师自主权、支持教学多元化及保持环境开放性5个要素，因此命名为中小学校长数字化转型领导力五要素模型。在未来的研究中，将进一步对指标体系的结构、信效度进行检验，以期编制中小学校长数字化转型领导力的有效测评工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digital transformation of education poses new challenges to principals’ leadership.As a learning theory in the digital age,connectivism has reference value for leadership against such context.Based on the characteristics of connectivity,autonomy,diversity,and openness in the learning process of connectivism,this article constructs an index system of digital transformation leadership for principals in primary and secondary schools through literature research and interview data analysis.The index system covers both the non-positional and positional influence of principals,including five elements,namely,principals’ personal traits,creating governance connectivity,granting teachers autonomy,supporting teaching diversity,and maintaining environmental openness.Therefore,it is named the Five-Element Model of Principals’ Digital Transformation Leadership in Primary and Secondary Schools.In the future,the study will further test the structure and validity of the index system in order to develop an effective assessment tool for principals’ digital transformation leadership in primary and secondary schools.更多还原
