葛根芩连汤治疗湿热型肠道疾病研究进展

【摘要】 从异病同治角度,分析葛根芩连汤治疗湿热型肠道疾病的分子机制与临床实效。研究表明,葛根芩连汤通过单方应用、加减应用、联合西药等方式对腹泻型肠易激综合征、溃疡性结肠炎及结直肠癌属湿热蕴肠证者疗效显著。其作用机制涉及多途径,包括调节肠道菌群,抑制条件致病菌并增加有益菌丰度;调节炎症因子水平及相关信号通路;调节T细胞免疫平衡,修复肠黏膜屏障;减轻氧化应激反应等。临床可有效缓解和改善湿热型肠道疾病患者的不适症状,提高患者生活质量。以期为防治湿热型肠道疾病的实验研究和临床应用提供依据和思路。参考文献40篇。

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the molecular mechanism and clinical efficacy of Gegen Qinlian Decoction(葛根 芩 连 汤) in the treatment of damp-heat intestinal diseases from the perspective of treating different diseases with the same treatment. Studies have shown that Gegen Qinlian Decoction has a remarkable therapeutic effect on patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,ulcerative colitis and colorectal cancer with damp-heat accumulation in the intestines through its single application,modified application with additions and subtractions or combination with Western medicine. Its mechanism of action involves multiple pathways,including regulating the intestinal flora,inhibiting opportunistic pathogenic bacteria and increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria;regulating the levels of inflammatory factors and related signaling pathways;regulating T-cell immune balance and repairing the intestinal mucosal barrier;reducing oxidative stress responses,etc. Clinically,it can effectively relieve and improve the discomfort symptoms of patients with damp-heat type intestinal diseases,and enhance their quality of life,with a prospect of providing a basis and ideas for the experimental research and clinical application of the prevention and treatment of damp-heat type intestinal diseases. There are 40 references.
