汽车稳定杆60Si2MnA冷成型过程中的断裂原因分析

【摘要】 针对60Si2MnA在冷成型过程中出现断裂的问题,从化学成分、硬度、裂纹形貌、能谱、显微组织等方面分析了汽车稳定杆冷拔过程中开裂的原因。结果表明,脱碳和加工硬化层导致了60Si2MnA成型过程中的表面塑性不足,经过控制加热气氛可以改善脱碳情况,同时在第1道冷拔工序后增加了850℃退火工序可以改善加工硬化情况,冷拔开裂问题得到有效解决。

【Abstract】 Regarding the issue raised by users about the fracture of 60Si2MnA during the cold forming process,the causes of cracking of car stabilizer bar were analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition,hardness,crack morphology,energy spectrum and micro-structure.The results show that the decarbonization and work hardening layer resulted insufficient surface plasticity during the cold forming process of 60Si2MnA. The decarbonization situation has been improved by controlling the heating atmosphere,and the work hardening condition has been improved by adding 850 ℃ annealing process after the first cold drawing process,which solved all the problems of cold drawing cracking.
