【摘要】 以会厌逐瘀汤为研究对象，检索现代临床研究文献，统计分析会厌逐瘀汤治疗的常见疾病及证候分布情况，并按照疾病、兼证、症状三种情况对加味药物进行分类，对会厌逐瘀汤的临床应用情况进行分析。研究发现会厌逐瘀汤加减可治疗咽喉部及全身疾病31种，血瘀为咽喉部疾病的重要病机，并常兼有气虚、气滞、痰凝等证，其主要的加味药物有黄芪、党参、郁金、石菖蒲、木蝴蝶、射干等。研究还提示临床疾病治疗时应注重咽喉的重要性，部分疾病可以尝试从咽论治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction（会厌逐瘀汤） as the research object,modern clinical research literature was searched,and the distributions of common diseases and syndromes treated by Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction were statistically analyzed. The added drugs were classified according to three aspects:disease,accompanied symptom,and symptom,the clinical application of Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction was analyzed. It was found in this study that Huiyan Zhuyu Decoction can treat 31 kinds of throat and systemic diseases.Blood stasis is an important pathogenesis of throat diseases,and it’s often combined with qi deficiency,qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,etc. The main added drugs include Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix),Yujin(Curcumae Radix),Shichangpu(Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma),Muhudie(Oroxyli Semen) and Shegan(Belamcandae Rhizoma),etc. It was also suggested in this study that we should lay emphasis on the importance of throat and may try to treat some diseases from throat.更多还原
