氢能源的制取工艺及其在钢铁行业的应用前景
The Production Process of Hydrogen Energy and Its Application Prospects in the Steel Industry
【摘要】 阐述了氢能源在钢铁行业中对节能降碳的重要性,分析了钢铁行业中氢能源的制取工艺,包括焦炉煤气提氢、煤化气制氢、天然气制氢等。结合现在的发展,重点描述了氢能源在钢铁行业的主要应用途径,包括富氢高炉、氢基竖炉、富氢烧结等;最后提出几点建议,拓展氢气来源、探索氢冶金新技术、政策保障等。
【Abstract】 This article elaborates on the importance of hydrogen energy in energy conservation and carbon reduction in the steel industry. It analyzes the production processes of hydrogen energy in the steel industry, including hydrogen extraction from coke oven gas, hydrogen production from coal gasification gas, and hydrogen production from natural gas. Combined with current development, it focuses on describing the main application pathways of hydrogen energy in the steel industry, including hydrogen rich blast furnaces,hydrogen based vertical furnaces, and hydrogen rich sintering. Finally, several suggestions are proposed to expand hydrogen sources,explore new hydrogen metallurgical technologies, and provide policy guarantees.
