【摘要】 在全球医药创新转型及健康中国战略背景下，针对药学实践教学存在教育理念滞后、协同育人乏力等突出问题，构建“六维一体”华西特色药学创新人才培养实践教学体系。通过实施“四阶递进”分层培养模式、搭建多元化实践平台、创建特色课程群组、深化医教协同机制、创新产教融合路径、拓展国际化培养等六大改革维度，形成纵向贯通“基础-专业-综合-创新-实战”能力培养链，横向融合“医教研产”多维协同育人场域的教学体系。为新时代药学拔尖创新人才培养提供了可参考的改革范式，其多维协同育人机制对医学教育创新发展具有重要借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the global pharmaceutical innovation transformation and the Healthy China Strategy, and in response to prominent issues such as outdated educational concepts and insufficient collaborative education in pharmaceutical practical teaching, we have constructed a "Six-Dimensional Integrated" practical teaching system for cultivating innovative pharmaceutical talents with distinctive West China characteristics.By implementing a "Four-Stage Progressive" hierarchical training model, establishing diversified practical platforms, creating distinctive curriculum clusters, deepening mechanisms for medical-education collaboration, innovating pathways for industry-education integration, and expanding international training—these six reform dimensions—the system forms a vertically integrated competency cultivation chain spanning "foundational-professional-comprehensive-innovative-applied" training, and a horizontally integrated educational framework converging the multi-dimensional collaborative education fields of "medicine-education-research-industry".This provides a replicable reform paradigm for cultivating top-notch innovative pharmaceutical talents in the new era, and its multi-dimensional collaborative education mechanism holds significant reference value for the innovative development of medical education.更多还原
