西河柳化学成分及药理作用研究进展

【摘要】 西河柳为柽柳科植物柽柳(Tamarix chinensis Lour.)的干燥细嫩枝叶,功效解表透疹、祛风除湿。现代研究表明,西河柳中主要化学成分为黄酮、挥发油、酚类等化学成分,具有显著的抗炎、保肝、抑菌、抗肿瘤等药理活性,呈现出多成分、多靶点、多通路的特点。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,系统综述了西河柳的化学成分组成及其相应的药理作用,以期为西河柳后续质量评价及开发应用提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Tamaricis Cacumen the dried tender branches and leaves of the Tamaricaceae plant Tamarix chinensis Lour.possesses therapeutic effects in relieving exterior syndrome, promoting eruption, dispelling wind, and eliminating dampness.Modern research indicates that its primary chemical components include flavonoids, volatile oils, and phenolic compounds, demonstrating significant pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, antibacterial, and antitumor effects.These properties exhibit multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway characteristics.By reviewing relevant domestic and international literature, this paper systematically summarized the chemical composition and corresponding pharmacological actions of Tamaricis Cacumen aiming to provide references for subsequent quality evaluation and developmental applications of this medicinal herb.
