【摘要】 在“健康中国2030”战略驱动下，食品产业正加速向智能制造与精准营养方向转型，亟需破解专业教育与产业需求脱节的现实困境。基于协同育人理论与成果导向教育（outcome-based education,OBE）理念，通过探索创新性应用型人才的培养模式，能够培养出更多适应市场需求、具备创新素养和实践能力的专业人才，为食品行业的发展提供有力支持。对食品行业发展与高等学校人才培养中存在的关键核心问题进行分析，结合天津科技大学食品科学类创新型应用人才培养方面的实践经验，从培养方案、师资力量、培养模式、持续改进等方面提出有效措施，形成贯通“认知-实践-创新-创业”全周期的育人范式，为培养符合食品产业发展的高质量创新型应用人才提供支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the strategic impetus of "Healthy China 2030", the food industry is accelerating its transformation toward intelligent manufacturing and precision nutrition, yet urgently requires addressing the disconnection between professional education and industrial demands. Integrating collaborative education theory with outcome-based education(OBE) principles, this study explores innovative applied talent cultivation models to develop professionals equipped with market-aligned competencies, innovation capabilities, and practical skills, thereby strengthening support for the food sector’s advancement. Analyzing critical challenges in food industry development and higher education talent cultivation, this paper proposes actionable measures in spanning curriculum design, faculty enhancement, pedagogical innovation, and continuous improvement, based on Tianjin University of Science & Technology’s pioneering practices in food science education. A holistic educational paradigm bridging the "cognition-practice-innovation-entrepreneurship" lifecycle is established, offering systematic strategies for cultivating high-quality innovative applied talents aligned with industrial evolution.更多还原
