数字化与人工智能协同对企业创新的影响——基于加快发展新质生产力的视角

【摘要】 在全球数智化浪潮下,数字化与人工智能协同正重塑技术创新范式,成为发展新质生产力的关键引擎。利用2010—2023年中国沪深两市A股上市企业面板数据,系统探究数字化与人工智能协同对企业创新的影响以及传导机制。研究表明:数字化与人工智能可以独立促进企业创新,而两者协同会对企业创新产生“1+1>2”的作用效果。机制研究基于发展新质生产力视角建立多维分析框架,发现吸收能力、供应链韧性、分析师关注构成数字化与人工智能协同正向影响企业创新的关键传导路径。异质性分析结果显示,企业数字化与人工智能的协同效应在民营企业、非制造业企业样本分组中显著性更强;在数字化关注度高、营商环境优良的制度环境中,协同效应更显著。根据研究结论,对差异化推动企业数智化转型、优化区域创新提出政策建议。

【Abstract】 Amidst the global wave of digital and intelligent transformation,the synergy between digitalization and artificial intelligence( AI) is reshaping technological innovation paradigms,and emerging as a key driver of the development of new quality productive forces. Using panel data from A-share listed companies on China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2010 to 2023,this study systematically examines the impact of digital-AI synergy on enterprise innovation and its transmission mechanisms. The findings reveal that,although digitalization and AI independently promote enterprise innovation,their synergy creates a “1+1>2”effect. From the perspective of developing new quality productive forces,mechanism analysis indicates that absorptive capacity,supply chain resilience,and analyst attention constitute the key transmission paths of the synergistic innovation effect of digitalization and AI. The heterogeneity analysis shows that the synergistic effect of digitalization and AI on enterprises is more significant in the sample groups of private enterprises and non-manufacturing enterprises; the synergistic effect of digitalization and AI is more significant in enterprises with high attention to digitalization or in excellent business environment. Based on these findings,the study proposes policy recommendations to differentiate the promotion of digital-intelligent transformation and optimize regional innovation.
