基于产教融合的职业本科“材料成型及控制工程”专业工学结合人才培养模式探索与研究
Exploration and Research of the Talent Training Mode of "Material Forming and Control Engineering" in Vocational Undergraduate based on the Integration of Industry and Education
【摘要】 文章以职业教育“产教融合”理论为指导,围绕《材料成型及控制工程专业教学标准》核心要素,以三年制材料成型及控制技术高职专科及材料成型及控制技术国家双高专业群人才培养模式为基础,借鉴国内外相关工科专业群人才培养模式,明确职业本科 “材料成型及控制工程” 专业定位,探索包括课程体系、教学方法、实践教学平台、师资队伍建设等方面的工学结合人才培养模式有效途径,提出实施效果评估方法,旨在为培养适应产业发展的高素质材料成型及控制工程技术应用型人才提供有益参考。
【Abstract】 Guided by the theory of "integration of industry and education" in vocational education,this paper focuses on the core elements of the Teaching Standards for "Materials Forming and Control Engineering",and is based on the talent training model of the three-year higher vocational college of material forming and control technology and the national double-high professional group of "material forming and control technology".In order to provide a useful reference for cultivating high-quality talents in material forming and control engineering technology applications who adapt to industrial development,this paper proposes an effective way to evaluate the implementation effect of the talent training mode of engineering and learning in the construction of the teaching staff.
