二阶校正辅助三维荧光同时测定食用面粉中的2种荧光增白剂

【摘要】 荧光增白剂因潜在的基因毒性及致癌风险,被严禁用于食品加工,目前其非法添加仍构成全球性食品安全隐患。本研究提出一种化学计量学二阶校正算法辅助三维荧光光谱策略,用于同时测定食用面粉中的2种荧光增白剂。选取的二阶校正算法包括交替三线性分解、平行因子分析-交替最小二乘和交替归一加权残差算法。通过3种算法分别构建校正模型并用验证集来检测方法的预测能力,再利用其对面粉加标样进行定量分析。在未知干扰共存下,3种算法通过“数学分离”策略均能从复杂基质信号中正确解析出2种荧光增白剂(荧光增白剂162和荧光增白剂368),并获得了令人满意的定量结果。其中,平行因子分析-交替最小二乘算法获得的预测结果相对更优,其对应的荧光增白剂162和荧光增白剂368定量限分别为0.14 ng/mL和2.00 ng/mL。所提方法无需依赖精密色谱设备,大幅简化了样品预处理流程,为食品中多组分非法添加物的同步检测提供了高效解决方案。

【Abstract】 Fluorescent whitening agents(FWAs) are strictly prohibited in food processing due to their potential genotoxicity and carcinogenic risks.However, their illegal addition still poses a global food safety concern.In this study, a second-order calibration algorithm assisted three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy strategy was proposed for the simultaneous determination of two FWAs in edible flour.The selected second-order calibration algorithms included alternating trilinear decomposition, parallel factor analysis-alternating least squares, and alternating normal weighted residual.The calibration models were established using these three algorithms, and their predictive abilities was tested using a validation set.These models were then applied for the quantitative analysis of flour spiked with the target FWAs.The results showed that these three algorithms could successfully resolve and quantify the two FWAs(C.I.162 and C.I.368) from complex matrix under the presence of unknown interferences, and satisfactory quantitative results were obtained through the “mathematical separation” strategy.Among them, the prediction results obtained by parallel factor analysis-alternating least squares algorithm were relatively better, with quantitative limits of 0.14 ng/mL for FWA 162 and 2.00 ng/mL for C.I.368,respectively.The proposed method does not require expensive chromatographic equipment, greatly simplifies the sample pretreatment process, offering an efficient solution for the simultaneous detection of multi-component illegal additives in food.
