废旧改性涤纶针织物舒适性能多维剖析和对比研究

【摘要】 为深入探究废旧改性涤纶和异形细特涤纶针织物的性能表现,本研究以普通涤纶/棉混纺针织物、纯棉针织物作为对比样本,对废旧改性涤纶和异形细特涤纶针织物的湿舒适性(吸水率、导湿性、透湿性)、热舒适性(导热率、保温率)、触感以及抗静电性进行分析。研究结果表明,废旧改性涤纶针织物在吸湿速干性方面取得了显著提升,其性能基本达到了吸湿速干针织物的国家标准。

【Abstract】 To deeply explore the performance of waste modified polyester and shaped fine denier polyester knitted fabrics, this study took ordinary polyester/cotton blended knitted fabrics and pure cotton knitted fabrics as comparison samples to analyze the wet comfort(water absorption rate, moisture conductivity, moisture permeability), thermal comfort(thermal conductivity, heat preservation rate), touch feeling and anti-static property of the recycled modified polyester and shaped fine denier polyester knitted fabrics. The research results showed that the recycled pure modified polyester knitted fabric had achieved a significant improvement in moisture absorption and quick-drying performance, and its performance basically met the national standard of moisture absorption and quick-drying knitted fabrics.
