【Abstract】 Eight female architects from seve ral large-scale architectural design institutions in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Harbin,who have practiced for many years and held an important position,were invited to explain the professional status and contribution of women architects in China’s large-scale architectural design institutions according to their personal experience and platform situation,reflecting on the relationship between women architects’ practice fields,career positions and design characteristics,their career achievements and personal opportunities,choices and the collective organization model of design institutes,as well as how to deal with identity dilemmas and professional challenges.更多还原
