北京饭店东楼 20世纪70年代高层酒店建筑的重要探索

【摘要】 20世纪70年代初,随着中国恢复联合国合法席位与中美关系解冻,外事接待需求激增,北京饭店东楼作为这一特定历史时期的国家标志性工程应运而生。文章系统梳理了该项目的建设背景、历史沿革与设计理念,重点剖析其综合技术成就。在张镈的主持下,东楼以理性庄重的现代风格实现了与既有建筑群的协调,并通过清晰的平面功能分区与流线组织,高效满足了高端接待的复杂需求。北京饭店东楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,并在设备、电气等专业上实现了多项突破。北京饭店东楼的建设,不仅是对“适用、经济,在可能条件下注意美观”方针的成功实践,更是在有限条件下,对中国建筑的现代性、民族性与功能性进行的一次深度探索与融合,为后续中国高层建筑的发展奠定了重要的技术基础并提供了宝贵的范本。

【Abstract】 In the early 1970s,as China restored its legitimate seat in the United Nations and Sino-U.S.relations began to thaw,the demand for foreign affairs receptions surged.The Beijing Hotel East Wing emerged as a national landmark project during this specific historical period.This article systematically reviews the background,historical development,and design concept of the project,with a particular focus on analyzing its comprehensive technical achievements.Under the leadership of Zhang Bo,the East Wing adopted a rational and dignified modern style,achieving harmony with the existing architectural complex.Through clear functional zoning and circulation organization,it efficiently met the complex needs of high-end receptions.The Beijing Hotel East Wing utilized a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure and has achieved breakthroughs in mechanical,electrical,and other specialized systems.The construction of the East Wing not only represents a successful practice of the "practical,economical,and aesthetically pleasing when possible," but also represents a deep exploration and integration of modernity,national identity,and functionality in Chinese architecture under limited conditions.It laid an important technical foundation for the development of high-rise buildings in China and provided a valuable precedent for future projects.
