【摘要】 基础教育阶段的“专业精英”一般指那些凭借自身教学禀赋而得以在专业竞争中脱颖而出的优秀教师，专业性和公共性是其一体两面。现阶段，专业精英存在着角色公共性的消弭：专业精英对个人优绩主义的偏执、利己主义对学校公共利益的侵蚀、专业区隔对专业资本流通的阻滞。因而，专业资本成为审视教师专业性和公共性的又一理论视角。作为“像专业人士一样教学”的典范，专业精英角色是由较高的专业资本决定的，专业资本由人力资本、社会资本和决策资本构成。专业资本的公共属性以及社会对专业精英的角色期待，都要求专业精英承担起公共责任：一是人力资本与决策资本的再生产；二是社会资本的流通与扩散。弥补专业精英的公共责任，推动专业资本再生产与反哺，需要兼顾公共贡献的教师专业性评价改革、遵照社会契约的协作性教学专业重铸，以及基于合作文化的专业学习共同体构筑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional elites refer to outstanding teachers who distinguish themselves in professional competition through their teaching aptitude in basic education. Professionalism and public attribute are their dual aspects. Currently,public attribute of professional elites is diminishing,as evidenced by their obsession with personal meritocracy,the erosion of school public interests by egoism,and the obstruction of professional capital circulation due to professional segregation. Professional capital has become another theoretical perspective for examining teachers’ professionalism and public attribute. As exemplars of teaching like professionals,the role of professional elites is determined by a high level of professional capital,which consists of human capital,social capital and decisional capital. The public attribute of professional capital and societal expectations of the professional elites necessitate that they undertake public responsibilities,including the reproduction of human and decisional capital as well as circulation and diffusion of social capital. To remedy the public responsibility of professional elites and promote the reproduction and feedback of professional capital,it is essential to reform teacher professionalism evaluation to include public contributions,recast the teaching profession collaboratively according to the social contract,and construct professional learning communities based on collaborative culture.更多还原
