调节阀流量特性测试开放式实验系统设计及应用
Design Application of Open Experimental System for Regulating Valve Flow Characteristics Test
【摘要】 调节阀是控制系统中最常用的执行器,流量特性是调节阀主要的性能指标和教学重点。针对过程装备控制技术课程教学的实际需要,基于实验室自研的开放式过程装备控制综合实验台,设计开发了调节阀流量特性测试实验系统,并开展设计性、探究性实验。介绍了开放式的实验平台,给出了实验系统设计方案与应用案例。
【Abstract】 The regulating valve is the most commonly used actuator in the control system,and the flow characteristic is the main performance index and teaching focus of the regulating valve.In view of the practical needs of process equipment control technology course teaching,based on the open process equipment control comprehensive experimental bench developed by the laboratory,this paper designed and developed the flow characteristics of the regulating valve to carry out design and exploratory experiments.The open experimental platform is introduced,and the design scheme and application cases of the experimental system are given.
