fNIRS在抑郁症研究中的应用热点与趋势
Hot topics and trends in the application of fNIRS in depression research
【摘要】 目的 本研究通过CiteSpace软件,对功能性近红外光谱成像(fNIRS)在抑郁症研究中的应用进行可视化分析,旨在揭示该领域的研究热点与趋势。方法 从PubMed和Web of Science(WoS)数据库中选取2000~2024年相关文献,通过关键词共现、聚类、突显分析和作者共现分析,对文献进行系统性梳理,并总结fNIRS在抑郁症研究中的前沿方向。结果 共纳入292篇文献,研究显示fNIRS在抑郁症领域的应用自2020年起显著增长,尤其是在前额叶皮层的功能研究中发挥了重要作用。关键词共现分析表明,“抑郁症”“重性抑郁障碍”和“前额叶皮层”是研究的核心主题。聚类分析揭示,研究热点集中于任务范式、前额叶皮层功能和抑郁症神经机制。关键词突显分析显示,“functional near-infrared spectroscopy”自2019年起成为研究前沿,前额叶皮层研究持续受到关注。结论 fNIRS在抑郁症研究中,特别是对前额叶皮层功能的评估中显示出广泛应用前景。未来研究可结合其他成像技术,并拓展其在不同抑郁症类型及人群中的应用,以推动抑郁症神经机制的深入理解。
【Abstract】 Objective To conduct a visualized analysis of the application of functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS) in depression research through CiteSpace, aiming to reveal research hotspots and trends in the field. Methods Relevant literatures from PubMed and Web of Science(WoS) databases, spanning from 2000 to 2024, were selected and systematically reviewed through keyword co-occurrence, clustering, burst detection, and author co-occurrence analysis. The frontier directions of fNIRS in depression research were identified. Results A total of 292 articles were included. The study showed that the application of fNIRS in depression research had grown significantly since 2020, particularly in studies on prefrontal cortex function. Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed that “depression”“major depressive disorder” and “prefrontal cortex” were the core topics of research. Clustering analysis indicated that research hotspots focused on task paradigms, prefrontal cortex function and the neural mechanisms of depression. Burst detection analysis showed that “functional near-infrared spectroscopy” emerged as a research frontier since 2019, with continued emphasis on prefrontal cortex studies. Conclusion fNIRS demonstrates broad potential for application in depression research, especially in evaluating prefrontal cortex function. Future research could integrate other imaging techniques and expand its application across different types of depression and populations, further advancing the understanding of the neural mechanisms of depression.
