【摘要】 5-HT3受体拮抗剂(5-HT3R As)在临床上广泛用于治疗放化疗或手术引起的恶心呕吐,对其进行测定具有重要意义。近15 a的5-HT3R As电化学检测研究进展表明,整个领域的发展不尽如人意,大致呈现出“总体平庸、局部出彩”的基本格局,具有“一少、二旧、三多、四新”的显著特点。随着未来更多新药陆续上市,相关研究应主动契合临床医学及药学所面临的实际需求。今后,应从加强药物敏感性、代谢动力学及相互作用等三个方面进行探索。

【Abstract】 5-HT3 receptor antagonists(5-HT3 RAs)are widely used in the treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by chemoradiotherapy and operation in clinical, and their assay are of important practical significance. In this paper, it briefly reviewed the progress in research about electrochemical determinations of 5-HT3 RAs in the past 15 years. It pointed out that the development of the whole area was unsatisfactory, the basic pattern could be roughly described as "mediocrity in general while excellence in part". Specifically, the characteristics were obvious, including scarcity in research cases;unoriginality in electrode materials and sensor preparations;more research on electrochemical reaction mechanisms, multicomponent simultaneous determinations and methodology comparations;novelty in introduction of thermodynamic analysis, in-situ characterization, orthogonal analysis with comparative study, and electrochemical coupling technologies. Considering more new drugs would launch gradually in the future, the related research should initiatively accord with the real request in clinical medicine and pharmacy. It would be necessary for strengthening study about drug susceptibility, pharmacokinetics and drug interaction.
