近红外吸收克酮酸菁染料的研究进展

【摘要】 染料在人们的生产生活中应用广泛,极大地改善了人们的生活。克酮酸菁染料是一种新兴的近红外吸收染料,因其光热稳定性好、荧光量子产率高、摩尔吸光系数大,是近年来研究和应用的焦点,在生物医学、光学治疗、荧光成像等领域具有重要的应用价值。总结了近红外吸收克酮酸菁染料的结构特征和理化性质,介绍了近十年克酮酸菁染料的合成和应用研究进展,并对该染料的应用前景进行展望,为克酮酸菁染料的进一步开发利用提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Dyes are widely used in people’s production and life, greatly improving people’s lives. Croconaine dye is an emerging near-infrared-absorbing dye, which is the focus of research and application in recent years due to its good photothermal stability, high fluorescence quantum yield, and large molar absorption coefficient. It has important application value in biomedicine, optical therapy,fluorescence imaging and other fields. In this paper, the structural characteristics and physicochemical properties of near-infrared-absorbing croconaine dyes were summarized, the research progress on the syntheses and application of croconaine dyes in the past decade was introduced, and the application prospects of the dye are envisioned, providing reference for the further development and utilization of croconaine dyes.
