吹脱-磷酸铵镁沉淀组合工艺处理高浓度氨氮废水的研究

【摘要】 本文以某化纤厂氨氮废水为研究对象,采用吹脱-磷酸铵镁沉淀组合工艺对废水中高浓度氨氮污染物进行处理,重点考察了所建吹脱-磷酸铵镁(MAP)组合工艺去除氨氮的实际效果。实际废水中氨氮质量浓度范围为144.60~180.37 mg/L,经过吹脱处理后,氨氮质量浓度降低至84.80~108.78 mg/L,废水pH值下降至11.01左右。接着用MAP法继续处理废水,氨氮质量浓度再次降低至24.57~29.46 mg/L,pH值降低至9.0左右。SEM扫描电镜和XRD分析进一步表明,组合工艺生成的沉淀物中大部分为磷酸铵镁晶体,少部分成分为磷酸镁和氢氧化镁沉淀,后续经过进一步处理,可以鸟粪石复合肥形式进行回收及资源化再利用;废水进人A~2/O工艺做进一步达标处理。

【Abstract】 Ammonia nitrogen wastewater from a chemical fiber plant as the research object, the combined process involving blow-off and magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP) precipitation was employed to treat high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen pollutants in wastewater, which was focused on the practical effect of the combined blow-offMAP process for ammonia nitrogen removal.Although the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater ranged from 144.60 to 180.37 mg/L,following blow-off treatment, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen was reduced to 84.80~108.78 mg/L,and the pH value of the wastewater decreased to 11.01.The wastewater subsequently underwent further treatment via the MAP method, which further reduced the ammonia nitrogen concentration to approximately 24.57~29.46 mg/L and lowered the pH value to approximately 9.0.SEM and XRD analyses revealed that the precipitates generated during the process were predominantly magnesium ammonium phosphate crystals, with minor components of magnesium phosphate and magnesium hydroxide.These precipitates, which are primarily derived from chemical fiber plants, can be recycled and reused as struvite compound fertilizers after additional treatment, and wastewater enters A~2/O process for further standard treatment.
