【摘要】 目的 了解2019—2023年北京市顺义区围产儿先天性心脏病发生率及变化趋势，为先天性心脏病的防控提供科学依据。方法 收集顺义区2019—2023年围产儿先天性心脏病监测资料，采用SPSS 25.0进行χ²检验、χ_趋势²检验，分析先天性心脏病的发生情况及变化趋势。结果 顺义区2019—2023年围产儿先天性心脏病发生率为11.84‰,各年度发生率整体呈逐年增加趋势(χ_趋势²=34.756,P<0.001)。本地户籍和外地户籍围产儿各年先天性心脏病发生率均呈现上升趋势(χ²_趋势=7.317,P=0.007;χ²_趋势=23.585,P<0.001);外地户籍围产儿先天性心脏病发生率高于本地户籍围产儿（χ²=48.156,P<0.001）。不同母亲年龄分组和不同性别围产儿先天性心脏病发生率间差异无统计学意义（P均>0.05）。围产儿先天性心脏病亚型排名前4位的卵圆孔未闭、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭和房间隔缺损的发生率均逐年增加（P均<0.05）。结论 顺义区2019—2023年围产儿先天性心脏病发生率逐年增加，轻型先天性心脏病发生率较高且逐年增加，需引起高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the incidence and trend of perinatal congenital heart disease in Shunyi district of Beijing from 2019 to 2023, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of congenital heart disease.Methods Perinatal congenital heart disease surveillance data in Shunyi district were collected from 2019 to 2023 and SPSS 25.0 software was used for Chi-square test and trend Chi-square test, and the incidence and changing trends of congenital heart disease were analyzed.Results The total incidence of perinatal congenital heart disease was 11.84‰ in Shunyi district from 2019 to 2023.The annual incidence of perinatal congenital heart disease had an overall increasing trend year by year.(χ_trend²=34.756, P<0.001).The annual incidence of both local and nonlocal infant perinatal congenital heart disease had an increasing trend(χ_trend²=7.317, P=0.007;χ_trend²=23.585, P<0.001).The total incidence of perinatal congenital heart disease in nonlocal infants was higher than that of local infants（χ²=48.156, P<0.001）.The incidence of congenital heart disease was not statistically significant among pregnant women in different age groups and different infants gender（all P>0.05）.The top four subtypes of incidence of perinatal congenital heart disease in Shunyi district, including patent foramen oval, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect, had been increasing year by year in recent 5 years（all P<0.05）.Conclusions The incidence of perinatal congenital heart disease showed been increasing year by year in Shunyi district from 2019 to 2023.The incidence of mild congenital heart diseases is relatively high and increasing year by year, which should be paid great attention.更多还原
