抗病、丰产、高辣椒素含量制干辣椒新品种‘红线一号’的选育

【摘要】 ‘红线一号’是以优良单株PS0625-128为母本、羊角椒PS05-43为父本,采用系谱法杂交选育而成的早熟制干型辣椒新品种。始花节位10~12节,从定植至青熟果初红约需74 d,株型紧凑,长势强,株高65~73 cm;单株结果数33个,单果质量14.5 g;果实羊角形,纵径21 cm,横径1.4 cm,青熟果绿色,红熟果深红色,果面微皱,商品性佳,辣味浓郁;667 m~2干椒产量225.2 kg,丰产性突出;中抗烟草花叶病毒病、黄瓜花叶病毒病及疫病,且果实品质优异,总辣椒素含量、维生素C含量分别为227、913 mg/kg。适宜在甘肃河西、陇东南及类似生态区推广种植。

【Abstract】 ’Hongxian No. 1’ is a new early-maturing dry-pepper variety developed by pedigree selection, using the superior individual plant PS0625-128 as the female parent and the horn pepper PS05-43 as the male parent. It begins flowering at the 10 th to 12 th node and requires approximately 74 days from transplanting to the initial reddening of mature green fruits. The plant exhibits a compact architecture, vigorous growth and a height of 65-73 cm. It produces about 33 fruits per plant, with an average single fruit weight of 14.5 g. The fruits are horn-shaped, measuring 21 cm in length and 1.4 cm in diameter. Immature fruits are green, turning dark red at full maturity, with a slightly wrinkled surface, good marketability and a strong spicy flavor. The dry pepper yield is 225.2 kg per 667 m~2, demonstrating high productivity. The variety shows intermediate resistance to Tobacco Mosaic Virus, Cucumber Mosaic Virus and phytophthora blight. Moreover, it possesses excellent fruit quality, with contents of total capsaicinoids and vitamin C of 227 mg/kg and 913 mg/kg, respectively. It is suitable for cultivation in the Hexi Corridor, Longdongnan region of Gansu province and other ecologically similar areas.
