绿僵菌生物菌剂对萝卜种蝇的田间防治效果评价
Field Evaluation of the Entomopathogenic Fungus Metarhizium anisopliae for Controlling the Radish Maggot(Delia floralis)
【摘要】 为探究萝卜种蝇的绿色防控技术,以‘白玉春’萝卜为试材,在湖南萝卜连作基地开展田间试验,研究绿僵菌的施用量、施用方法及其与化学药剂组合使用对萝卜种蝇的防治效果。结果表明:绿僵菌对萝卜种蝇具有显著防治效果,穴施和浇灌处理的根部发生率(分别为4.44%和2.22%)极显著优于叶面喷雾处理(44.44%),每667 m~2穴施100 mg或150 mg绿僵菌后萝卜根部发生率分别控制在6.67%和4.44%,极显著低于清水对照(41.11%)和敌百虫化学药剂对照(30.00%)。且绿僵菌与化学药剂组合施用的根部发生率(5.56%)较绿僵菌单独穴施(3.33%)并未显著提升。因此,考虑成本基础上,建议在生产中采用667 m~2穴施或浇灌绿僵菌100 mg,以实现对萝卜种蝇的有效防控。
【Abstract】 To explore green control technologies against the Delia floralis on radish, a field experiment was conducted in a continuous radish cropping area in Hunan province using the ’Baiyuchun’ radish variety. The study investigated the control efficacy of Metarhizium anisopliae against D. floralis, focusing on its application dosage, application methods and its combination with chemical pesticides. The results indicated that M. anisopliae had significant control efficacy against the incidence of D. floralis. In terms of application methods, the control efficacy of hole application and irrigation demonstrated extremely significantly better root formation rate(4.44% and 2.22%, respectively) than foliarspraying(44.44%). When application dosages of 100 mg or 150 mg p e r 667 m~2 via hole application, the incidence were controlled at 6.67% and 4.44%, respectively, which were extremely significantly lower than those in the water control(41.11%) and the trichlorfon control of trichlorfon(30.00%). Furthermore, the combined application of M. anisopliae with chemical pesticides did not result in a significant improvement in root formation rate(5.56%) compared to M. anisopliae applied alone via hole application(3.33%). Therefore, considering cost-effectiveness, it is recommended to apply M. anisopliae with 100 mg per 667 m~2 via hole application or irrigation for effective control of the D. floralis in practical production.
