【摘要】 腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）是骨科常见病。LDH因其高发性和复发性，严重干扰了人们的日常生活，已然成为困扰患者的一大顽疾，对患者的身心健康和生活质量造成极大影响。匡建军教授在多年临床经验的基础上，指出本病本痿标痹，痿痹皆存，从“筋出槽，骨错缝”病机入手，提出了“防外邪，滋内虚；强筋骨，复平衡”理论，运用中药内服、外用，并与传统功法等结合治疗LDH，取得了良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lumbar disc herniation(LDH) is a common orthopedic disease. Due to its high incidence and recurrence, severely interferes with people’s daily lives, and has become a major stubborn disease that has greatly affected the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. Based on many years of clinical experience, Professor Kuang Jianjun pointed out that this disease manifests as a syndrome of Bi(impediment) with an underlying root of Wei(flaccidity). Starting from the pathogenesis of "tendons out of groove, bone dislocation", the theory of "Preventing external evil, nourishing internal deficiency, strengthening muscles and bones, and restoring balance" was proposed.
