【Abstract】 The Huangdi Neijing(Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon) has laid the cognitive foundation for traditional Chinese medicine’s understanding of human physiology, pathology, diagnosis, and treatment. It is a highly influential medical classic in China and is renowned as the originator of medicine. Lingshu · Wu Luan(The Divine Pivot · Five Disorders), a chapter of great clinical guiding significance in the Huangdi Neijing, can serve as a means to test one’s mastery of the Neijing. This review delves deeply into the clinical application of the "Zhenjie Technique"(NeedleNode Therapy), first proposed by Professor Li Shusen, during the perioperative period, with the Lingshu · Wu Luan as the guiding ideology. It provides a detailed introduction to the definition, essence, clinical manifestations of the "Five Disorders", as well as the acupoint selection and operation of the Zhenjie Technique. Finally, through specific case studies, it demonstrates the guiding value of Lingshu · Wu Luan in perioperative clinical practice.更多还原
