纤维蛋白在恶性肿瘤诊疗中的研究进展
Research Progress on Fibrillarin in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Malignant Tumors
【摘要】 纤维蛋白是真核生物核仁中的主要蛋白质,是核糖体生物合成过程中的重要参与者,通过其甲基转移酶的作用,将核糖体RNA上的特定碱基进行甲基化修饰,从而影响rRNA的结构和功能。纤维蛋白不仅涉及核糖体生物合成与成熟、细胞凋亡、细胞周期调节、DNA损伤修复等生理过程,还参与多种癌症的发生发展,与癌症的预后密切相关。本文综述了近年来纤维蛋白在恶性肿瘤的相关研究,旨在揭示其在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用,为恶性肿瘤的诊疗提供全新视角和策略。
【Abstract】 Fibrillarin(FBL) is a major nucleolar protein in eukaryotes and a crucial participant in ribosomal biogenesis. Functioning as a methyltransferase, it modifies specific bases on ribosomal RNA through methylation, thereby directly influencing the structure and function of rRNA. FBL is involved not only in physiological processes such as ribosomal biogenesis and maturation, apoptosis, cell cycle regulation, and DNA damage repair, but also plays a role in the development and progression of various cancers, where it is closely associated with cancer prognosis. This article reviews recent studies on FBL′s role in malignant tumors, aiming to further elucidate its functions in tumorigenesis and progression. The goal is to provide novel strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of these cancers.
