Bt杀虫剂对“稻-虾”综合种养模式中罗氏沼虾的影响
The Effects of Bt Insecticides on Macrobrachium Rosenbergii in the “Rice-Shrimp” Integrated Farming System
【摘要】 开展苏云金杆菌制剂(Bt)对“稻-虾”综合种养模式中罗氏沼虾的影响试验。设置2个田块,在其中一块稻虾田施用一次Bt杀虫剂作为试验组(Bt),另外一块不施用Bt杀虫剂作为对照组(NC组)。结果表明,Bt组施用Bt第1周后,其水体Bt含量最高为(910.95±57.67)ng/L,随后整体呈现缓慢下降趋势;施用Bt第5周后,其罗氏沼虾肌肉、眼睛、肝胰腺和虾壳组织中的Bt含量均显著增加(P<0.01),分别增加1.07、1.16、1.21和1.96倍。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶抗氧化活性显著增加(P<0.05),丙二醛含量稍有升高,但是总超氧化物歧化酶活性略有降低。指出,施用Bt杀虫剂后,稻田水体Bt长期残留较少,但虾不同组织中有一定程度的Bt富集,对罗氏沼虾养殖的风险需要长期评估。
【Abstract】 The effects of Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) insecticides on the giant freshwater prawn(Macrobrachium rosenbergii) in the “rice-shrimp” integrated farming system were evaluated. Two rice-shrimp fields were set up, with one field treated with Bt insecticide serving as the experimental group(Bt group), and the other field without Bt insecticide application serving as the control group(NC group). We observed that in the Bt group, the highest Bt content in the water was(910.95±57.67) ng/L in the first week after Bt application, followed by a generally slow declining trend. Five weeks after Bt application, the Bt contents in the muscle, eyes, hepatopancreas,and exoskeleton(shell) tissues of the giant freshwater prawn significantly increased(P<0.01), with increases of1.07, 1.16, 1.21, and 1.96 times, respectively. The antioxidant activity of glutathione peroxidase significantly increased(P<0.05), while the malondialdehyde content slightly increased, and the total superoxide dismutase activity slightly decreased. Our findings suggest that after Bt insecticide application, there was less long-term residual Bt in the field water, but a certain degree of Bt enrichment was observed in different tissues of the prawns. A long-term evaluation is necessary to assess the potential risks associated with the farming of giant freshwater prawns.
