斑点叉尾(鱼回)人工授精试验
Study on Artificial Insemination Techniques in Ictalurus Punctatus
【摘要】 开展了斑点叉尾■(Ictalurus punctatus)人工授精试验。对亲鱼进行强化促熟培育,采用绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、促黄体素释放激素A2(LHRH-A2)、多潘立酮(Dom),按雌鱼体质量设置3种不同剂量组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),催产采用3针法,每针注射的时间间隔为12 h,每个催产组注射亲鱼均为9尾,分析催产激素剂量对雌性亲鱼排卵、受精率及孵化率的影响。结果表明,经过强化培育的亲鱼能够更好地响应Ⅱ组的刺激,该组的催产剂组合和剂量不仅能有效诱导雌性亲鱼排卵,还能维持较高的受精率和孵化率,受精率和孵化率均高于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组。
【Abstract】 Artificial insemination trials were conducted on channel catfish(Ictalurus punctatus). Broodstock were subjected to enhanced conditioning for gonadal maturation. Three different hormone combinations were used for induction: Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG), luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone A2(LHRH-A2), and domperidone(Dom), with three dosage groups(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ) based on the body weight of female fish. A three-injection protocol was employed, with 12-hour intervals between each injection. Each induction group consisted of nine female broodstock. The effects of hormone dosage on ovulation, fertilization rate, and hatchability were analyzed.Results showed that broodstock receiving enhanced conditioning responded best to the hormone combination in group Ⅱ. This dosage regimen effectively induced ovulation in females and maintained higher fertilization and hatchability rates compared to groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ.
