超微粉碎浒苔对黑棘鲷生长、免疫及消化酶的影响
The Effects of Ultrafine Crushed Enteromorpha Prolifera on the Growth, Immunity and Digestive Enzymes of Acanthopagrus Schlegelii
【摘要】 开展了饲料中添加超微粉碎浒苔对黑棘鲷生长、非特异性免疫及肠道消化酶的影响试验。设置6个试验组,分别为D1组(对照组)、D2组、D3组、D4组、D5组、D6组,对应每组浒苔粉添加量为0%、2.0%、3.5%、5.0%、6.5%、8.0%。每组3个重复,每个重复20尾黑棘鲷,养殖周期28 d。结果表明,相比DI组,D4和D5组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著提高(P<0.05);D2、D3和D4组特定生长率和体质量增加率显著提高(P<0.05)。其中,体质量增加率分别提高25.9%、55.1%和16.1%;D2和D3组饵料系数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著降低(P<0.05),淀粉酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。其中,饵料系数分别降低23.5%和36.8%。D2—D6组血清超氧化物歧化酶和肠道脂肪酶活性均显著增加(P<0.05)。指出,饲料中添加超微粉碎浒苔,可明显提高黑棘鲷生长性能、非特异性免疫能力及肠道中消化酶活力,且具有一定降低血脂作用,适宜添加量为2.0%~5.0%。
【Abstract】 This experiment aims to explore the effects of adding ultrafine crushed Enteromorpha prolifera to the feed on the growth, non-specific immunity and intestinal digestive enzymes of Acanthopagrus schlegelii. Six ex perimental groups were set up, namely D1(control group), D2, D3, D4, D5, and D6. The corresponding addition amounts of E. prolifera in each group were 0%, 2.0%, 3.5%, 5.0%, 6.5%, and 8.0% respectively. There were 3 replicates in each group, with 20 A. schlegelii in each replicate, and the breeding cycle was 28 days. The results showed that compared with the DI group, the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the D4 and D5groups was significantly increased(P<0.05). The specific growth rates and body weight gain rates in groups D2,D3 and D4 were significantly increased(P<0.05). Among them, the rate of body weight gain increased by 25.9%,55.1% and 16.1% respectively. The feed coefficient, total cholesterol, triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in groups D2 and D3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the amylase activity was significantly increased(P<0.05). Among them, the feed coefficients decreased by 23.5% and 36.8% respectively. The activities of serum superoxide dismutase and intestinal lipase in groups D2—D6 were significantly increased(P<0.05). It is pointed out that adding ultrafine crushed E. prolifera algae to the feed can significantly improve the growth performance, non-specific immune ability and digestive enzyme activity in the intestinal tract of A. schlegelii, and has a certain lipid-lowering effect. The appropriate addition amount is 2.0% to 5.0%.
