两种防锈剂不同干燥温度对碳钢板耐蚀性影响研究
Study on the effect of anti-rust treatment drying temperature on the corrosion resistance of mild steel plates
【摘要】 本研究旨在探讨防锈处理中干燥温度对低碳钢板耐蚀性的影响,为钢板生产制造过程中实现低能耗的快速热风干燥工艺提供技术支撑。通过红外光谱、接触角测量、电化学测试和大气挂片试验等分析方法,综合研究了含亚硝酸盐及有机酸-有机胺两种商业化防锈体系中,干燥温度对低碳钢板防锈性能的影响。结果表明,在两种不同的防锈体系中,干燥温度对钢板样品的腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度及挂片性能具有趋同影响,即随着温度的升高,防锈剂处理后的钢板表面转化膜成分中羟基进一步脱水缩合,疏水性增强,耐腐蚀性能提高。表面可脱水缩合的羟基含量控制是影响低碳钢板防锈性能的关键因素,较高的干燥温度有助于防锈转化膜脱水缩合,从而获得具有高耐腐蚀性的防锈膜。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of drying temperature on the corrosion resistance of low carbon steel plate in anti-corrosion treatment, and to provide technical support for the rapid hot air drying process with low energy consumption in the steel plate manufacturing process. The effects of drying temperature on the anti-corrosion performance of low carbon steel plates in two commercial anti-rust systems containing nitrite and organic acid-organic amine were comprehensively studied by means of infrared spectroscopy, contact angle measurement, electrochemical test and atmospheric coupon test. The results show that in two different anti-rust systems, the drying temperature has a similar effect on the corrosion potential, corrosion current density and coupon performance of the steel plates. With the temperature increasing, the hydroxyl groups(-OH) in the conversion film are further dehydrated and condensed on the steel surface, the hydrophobicity is enhanced, and the corrosion resistance is improved. The control of the hydroxyl content of the dehydratable condensation on the surface is the key factor affecting the rust resistance of low carbon steel plate. The higher drying temperature is helpful to the dehydration condensation of the rust prevention conversion film, which can obtain the rust prevention film with high corrosion resistance.
