大龙湖和月饼泡大银鱼繁殖力的比较研究

【摘要】 为了解松嫩平原2个重要的大银鱼生产水域(大龙湖和月饼泡)大银鱼(Protosalanx chinensis)种群的繁殖潜力以指导渔业可持续高质量管理,于2023年12月对大龙湖和月饼泡大银鱼的个体繁殖力进行了调查分析。调查结果显示,大龙湖大银鱼的个体绝对繁殖力、体长相对繁殖力和体质量相对繁殖力的平均值分别为(2 354.36±109.41)粒、(20.40±0.91)粒/mm和(704.53±29.79)粒/g;月饼泡大银鱼的相应指标分别为(10 453.82±452.48)粒、(72.39±3.02)粒/mm和(1 470.53±69.14)粒/g。分析表明:大龙湖和月饼泡大银鱼的个体绝对繁殖力和体长相对繁殖力主要与卵巢质量呈显著正相关,体质量相对繁殖力与性体指数之间表现出较强的正相关性;个体繁殖力与各项生物学指标之间的关系可通过二次函数进行最佳拟合,结合大银鱼个体繁殖力、肥满度、性体指数及卵巢质量等指标的相互关系,可有效预测大银鱼种群的繁殖能力;与大银鱼稳产水域和高产年份相比较,大龙湖目前处于密度过大、繁殖个体和繁殖力过小状态,需要及时调整管理策略;月饼泡个体繁殖力接近适中状态,适当增加繁殖群体留存量可增加翌年早期资源补充量。

【Abstract】 To understand the reproductive potential of Protosalanx chinensis populations in Dalong Lake and Yuebingpao Lake, two important P. chinensis stocking waters in the Songnen Plain, China and guide the sustainable and high-quality management of fisheries, the individual reproductive capacity of P. chinensis was investigated in Dalong Lake and Yuebingpao Lake in December 2023. The investigations showed that the average absolute reproductive capacity, relative reproductive capacity of body length and relative reproductive capacity of body weight of P. chinensis were(2,354.36 ±109.41) eggs,(20.40 ±0.91) eggs/mm and(704.53 ±29.79) eggs/g, respectively in Dalong Lake; while the corresponding indicators of Yuebingpao Lake were(10,453.82 ±452.48) eggs,(72.39 ±3.02) eggs/mm and(1,470.53 ±69.14) eggs/g, respectively. Analysis revealed that the individual absolute fecundity and body length relative fecundity of P. chinensis population in both Dalong Lake and Yuebingpao Lake were significantly positively correlated with ovarian mass, and body mass relative fecundity and gonad somatic index showed a strong positive correlation. Further research showed that the relationship between individual fecundity and various biological indicators can be best fitted by a quadratic function.By combining the relationship between individual fecundity, fullness, gonad somatic index and ovarian mass of P. chinensis, the potential reproductive capacity can be effectively predicted. Comparing with the populations of sustainable and high yield waters, the current population density was too high, showing small body size and low individual fecundity, needing adjusting the management strategies to increase body size in Dalong Lake. Individual fecundity is almost appropriate in Yuebingpao Lake, and increasing reproductive population size to some extent could increase the recruitments of the next year.
