盐碱胁迫对水产动物的影响及营养调控策略的研究进展
Research Progress on the Effects of Saline-alkali Stress on Aquatic Animals and Nutritional Regulation Strategies
【摘要】 我国盐碱水资源丰富,利用盐碱水开展水产养殖有助于缓解淡水资源紧缺,充分利用盐碱水潜在资源优势。多年来,研究人员不断筛选适宜盐碱水养殖的品种,改进驯化技术,但盐碱水特殊的理化性质常常引发水产经济动物生产性能不足和免疫力低下等问题。近年来,研究人员试图通过营养调控手段解决这些问题。目前已有研究发现,日粮中的蛋白、脂肪、氨基酸水平以及功能性饲料添加剂的使用,均能对水生动物在盐碱水中的生长性能产生显著影响。因此,本文通过综述营养调控技术在水生动物盐碱胁迫缓解中的作用,以期为盐碱水中水产养殖饲料的开发提供新的思路和方向。
【Abstract】 China is rich in saline-alkaline water resources. Developing aquaculture in saline-alkaline water can help alleviate the shortage of freshwater resources and make full use of the potential resource advantages of saline-alkaline water. Over the years,researchers have continuously screened suitable species for saline-alkaline water aquaculture and improved domestication techniques.However, the special physicochemical properties of saline-alkaline water often lead to problems such as insufficient production performance and low immunity in aquatic economic animals. In recent years, researchers have tried to solve these problems through nutritional regulation means. At present, existing studies have found that the levels of protein, fat, and amino acids in the diet and the use of functional feed additives can all have a significant impact on the growth performance of aquatic animals in saline-alkaline water.Therefore, this article reviewed the role of nutritional regulation technology in alleviating the saline-alkali stress of aquatic animals, in order to provide some new ideas and directions for the development of aquaculture feeds in saline-alkaline water.
