【摘要】 晚宋四川州郡治所与路级监司机构移徙现象，既是南宋边患危机下的被动应变，也是军事地理学的主动创新。它不仅是单纯意义上的地理空间转移，更是军事、政治、社会资源的重组。宜宾市新近发现的《南宋淳祐置司叙南碑记》，为观察宋末路级监司机构移徙现象提供了最新的文物实证。透过路级监司治所易置现象，可见南宋朝廷挽救蜀中危局的战略意图，措置边区、巩固西南边防的管控作为，更能窥知政治制度运作的良苦用心。南宋为维护国家的安全和稳定，不仅适时地建立了制置司和总领所等新的地方机构，同时还因应西南边防的需要，不断调整地方监司的职能权益，强化提刑司的边防职能，使之逐渐成为应对边患危机的得力工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 The migration of prefectural government seats and circuit-level supervisory agencies in Sichuan during the late Southern Song Dynasty was both a passive response to border crises and an active innovation in military geography. It was not merely a geographical space transfer in the literal sense, but also a reorganization of military, political, and social resources. The newly discovered "Stele Inscription on the Establishment of Xu’nan Supervisory Agency during the Chunyou Period of Southern Song Dynasty" in Yibin provides the latest physical evidence for observing the migration of circuit-level supervisory agencies in the late Song Dynasty. Through the relocation of circuit-level supervisory headquarters, we can discern the Southern Song court’s strategic intentions to save the critical situation in Sichuan, its efforts to manage border areas and consolidate southwest border defense, and even the careful considerations behind the operation of political systems. To safeguard national security and stability, the Southern Song court not only established new local agencies such as the Military Commission(制置司 Zhizhi Si) and the General Financial Office(总领所 Zongling Suo) in a timely manner but also continuously adjusted the functions and powers of local supervisory agencies in response to the needs of southwest border defense. It strengthened the border defense functions of the Judicial Commission(提刑司 Tixing Si), gradually making it an effective tool to cope with border crises.更多还原
