我国优秀青少年男子撑竿跳高运动员助跑至起跳技术的运动学研究
Kinematics Research on the Technique of Chinese Elite Junior Pole Vaulting Runoff to Takeoff
【摘要】 目的:通过对我国优秀青年男子撑竿跳高运动员陈阳在第13届全运会男子青少年组撑竿跳高决赛5.0m夺冠的技术动作进行三维运动解析,对其在最后两步助跑至起跳阶段的动作技术特征进行运动学分析,并针对陈阳存在的问题提出合理性建议,为我国男子青少年撑竿跳高动作技术的发展提供理论指导。方法:采用JVC GC-P100摄像机对动作技术进行平面扫描拍摄,利用美国APAS对陈阳最好成绩(5.0m)的录像进行解析。结果:(1)陈阳的握高比单臂举高的2倍还要高出0.13m。(2)运动员倒四步和倒三步阶段撑竿和人体关键特征中陈阳的持竿角度和右肘角度较大,两手握宽较小。(3)陈阳的最后两步重心速度呈现出下降的趋势,最后一步重心平均速度下降明显,下降了1.093m/s。(4)陈阳的起跳过程中的重心的水平速度损失率较大,垂直速度增加率较小。(5)陈阳采用的是“自由起跳”技术,起跳时间为0.16s。(6)陈阳的上手握点的地面垂直点与起跳点的距离较远。(7)陈阳着地瞬间两大腿夹角较小。(8)陈阳的躯干角大于90°。(9)陈阳起跳离地瞬间的双手举竿速度较低。
【Abstract】 Objective:Through the analysis of the three-dimensional motion analysis of the technical movement of the outstanding young man pole vaulting athlete Chen Yang in the Thirteenth National Games men’s youth team vaulting final 5.0m, the kinematic analysis of the technical features of the action in the last two steps to the take-off stage is analyzed, and the problems are put forward in view of the problems existing in Chen Yang. Sexual suggestions provide theoretical guidance for the development of Chinese men’s youth pole vaulting movement technology.Methods: The JVC GC-P100 camera was used to scan the action technique with a plane scan. The US APAS was used to analyze the video of Chen Yang’s best score(5.0 meters). Results:(1) Chen Yang’s grip height is 0.13m higher than that of the single arm.(2) In the four-step and three-step backward phase of the athletes, Chen Yang’s pole angle and right elbow angle are larger in the struts and in the key characteristics of the human body, and the width of the two hands is smaller.(3)Chen Yang’s last two steps showed a downward trend of gravity velocity, and the average velocity of the center of gravity dropped significantly at the last stage, which decreased by 1.093m/s.(4) The rate of horizontal velocity loss in the center of gravity of Chen Yang’s take-off process is relatively large, and the rate of vertical velocity increase is small.(5) Chen Yang uses the "free jump" technique with a take-off time of 0.16s.(6) The vertical point on the ground where Chen Yang’s upper hand holds the point is far from the starting point.(7) When Chen Yang hits the ground, the angle between the two thighs is small.(8) Chen Yang’s torso angle is greater than 90°.(9) Chen Yang jumped off the ground with his hands at a lower speed.
