【摘要】 在高等教育体系中，公共体育课程不仅是增强学生体质、培养运动技能的平台，更是渗透思想政治教育、塑造学生健全人格的重要阵地。本文通过分析中北大学体育课程思政的开展现状，抓住体育教学工作的特点，全面了解中北大学公共体育课程思政实施状况，充分发挥综合育人功能，在学生受教育的同时采取合理的方法进行正确的引导，从而符合我国全面培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的教育目的本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查、深度访谈、比较研究及逻辑分析等多元化研究方法，以中北大学为例，探讨中北大学体育课程思政开展过程中存在的问题，针对实施中存在的不足，提出科学合理的提升策略。结论如下：开展现状（1）教师方面：思政教学理念尚不完善，思政教学能力不足，思政资源挖掘不到位。（2）学生方面：思想状态不佳，缺乏正确的价值观。（3）保障机制方面：建设管理不到位，教学评价缺失，培训指导不足。提升策略（1）深度挖掘公共体育课程思政元素，构建全方位育人体系。（2）强化教师队伍建设，提升教师思政素养。（3）加强公共体育课程思政教育管理，完善保障机制。（4）完善公共体育课程教学评价体系，促进持续改进。（5）推动校园文化建设，营造良好育人环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of higher education, the public physical education curriculum serves as a vital medium for enhancing physical fitness, fostering sports skills, and importantly, integrating ideological and political education to mold students’ personalities. This study focuses on analyzing the current landscape of ideological and political development within physical education courses at North University of China. By grasping the unique features of physical education teaching and comprehending the implementation of ideological and political education in these courses, we aim to harness the comprehensive educational function. As students engage in physical education, scientific and effective teaching methods are employed to provide them with comprehensive and accurate guidance on ideological and political values. Employing a range of research methodologies, including literature review, questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews, comparative analysis, and logical reasoning, this study takes North University of China as a case study to explore the challenges faced in the ideological and political development of its physical education courses.Addressing the deficiencies identified in the implementation of ideological and political education, a scientific and reasonable promotional strategy is proposed. The key findings are as follows: Current Situation:(1) Teachers:Incomplete ideological and political teaching concepts, inadequate teaching abilities, and insufficient exploration of ideological and political resources.(2) Students: Poor mental states and a lack of correct values.(3) Support Mechanisms:Inadequate construction and management, lack of teaching evaluation, and insufficient training and guidance.Promotional Strategy:(1) Thoroughly explore the ideological and political elements within public physical education courses and establish a comprehensive educational system.(2) Enhance the continuation needed: likely "construction of teaching staff’s ideological and political competencies," or similar, to complete the thought.更多还原
