全生物降解地膜老化性能研究

【摘要】 全生物降解地膜作为一种环保型材料,在农业生产中具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了全生物降解地膜的研究背景和意义,阐述了其常用的生物降解树脂类型,如聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)等;详细介绍了全生物降解地膜的制备工艺,以及不同工艺对地膜性能的影响;分析了全生物降解地膜在农业生产中的各个地区的应用现状。针对全生物降解地膜的老化问题,本文概述了室内加速老化实验、大田实验等常用的老化研究方法,并深入探讨了影响全生物降解地膜老化的主要因素,并提出了提升全生物降解地膜抗老化性能的方法。通过本综述,旨在为全生物降解地膜的研究和应用提供有益的参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 As an environmentally friendly material, fully biodegradable mulch films have broad application prospects in agricultural production. This paper introduces the research background and significance of fully biodegradable mulch films, presenting commonly used resin types including polylactic acid(PLA) and polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA). It details the preparation technologies and their impacts on film properties, while evaluating regional application status across agricultural regions. Aiming at the aging problem of fully biodegradable mulch films, this paper outlines the commonly used aging research methods, such as indoor accelerated aging experiments, field experiments. Furthermore, it deeply discusses the main factors affecting the aging of fully biodegradable mulch films and proposes methods to enhance their anti-aging properties. Through this review, we aim to provide valuable references for the research and application of fully biodegradable mulch films.
